Ricoh SP100e Driver not install on Windows 7

salesperson018 — Tue, 11 Sep 2012 22:35:24 +0800

I recently got this printer Ricoh Aficio SP100e printer from PC Fair.

But I cannot install the driver that came with the CD v1.0.3 and also download from their website v1.0.5

I am not sure is it USB port problem or printer problem.

Every time windows auto detect the printer, the driver installation will failed.

Even I tried manually installed the driver & printer, it always failed with error and asked to check the printer name or connection to my PC.

Anyone has similar experience here? Looking for a solution if possible.

Thanks.
