Hi guys, can anybody help me. I've been using my nikon d5000 for almost two years. a week ago it started displaying this message "battery cannot be used. Change into designated battery for this camera" sth like that the message was. I dont really remember the exact words..

At first i thought the battery was the problem. So i go n grab a new battery pack. I changed the battery but the problem persist. The screen is also blinking when i turn it on. It also keep asking me to reset the date and time.

Anybody experience this before?? Please help me
