Know your government

It does not make sense for your government to say "Your tax money at work" and "Tax is the income for the government." The very existence of ringgit is due to the Malaysian government - no Malaysia, no ringgit. The government is responsible for the creation and disposal of ringgit.

The Budget needs to state how much is currently in circulation, and in the upcoming planning cycle the amount to be created and destroyed. All of the government spending (pay for servant and building infrastructure) should be new ringgit created. All of the taxes, fines and fees should be ringgit removed from circulation. The Budget allocates where the new ringgit goes, sets an inflation target, and adjusts the tax rates to meet the inflation target. In the next Budget, actual inflation figures are calculated and tax rates are adjusted. The people are accountable for the tax rate and inflation. If you evade taxes, you are the one to blame for rising tax and inflation.

How to make your government behave transparently? Do you even need a government in the first place? Discuss. [100 marks]

inb4 /k does not do your homework
#ProofOfKeys
