Zenbook UX305UA vs Macbook pro 13

Hi, I am stuck between 2 laptops, the Asus UX305UA and MacBookPro 13. I am shopping for a computer to study computer science in university. The zenbook is RM5399 while the Mac is RM5439(student price). The zenbook has an i7 and a 512GB SSD. While the Macbook has a 128GB PCIE SSD and retina display. Can anyone give me some recommendations?

Question about NUS application

I've applied to NUS with my UEC. With 5A's and 1B my chances of getting accepted is rather slim, close to impossible perhaps haha. But I still gave it a shot. Anyone who applied before can tell me whether they have interviews? If so do they invite all applicants for an interview?

Question about Taylor's Dual Award

Hey, I am interested in taking Computer Science at Taylor's... I know it has a Dual Award with The University of The West of England. I have a question which is whether do I have to do my 3rd year there to get their certificate? Or can I study 3 years at Taylor's and still get their certificate?

I am currently in SM3.. going to take my UEC soon. I am interested in going to NUS but I am curious about the entry requirement. On the website it just says " A good pass certificate". Anyone can clarify what does that mean?
