Hello all,

So I have been trying to analyse my situation from several angle in hopes of improving or rather increasing our intimacy level. As usual, I'm sure many have experienced active sex-life during the early years but a decline throughout the years. But objective of mine is how to revive it even a little before it dies out completely. You may also refer to the FAQs below for anything I might miss or if you would like to contribute ideas.

I know this will probably invite a lot of trolls so I will put it up as objectively as possible below:

Age: Mid 30s (me), early 30s (wife)

Years together before marriage: 6 years, less than 1 year of marriage

Career: Middle - upper middle income earner (may occasionally hit lower T20)

Property: Yes, 1. Also paying for wife's property maintenance.

Car: Yes, 1 each.

Health: Good. BMI reading within normal range.

Kids: Not yet, but wife not inclined to have one so won't push for it.

Current actions taken from my end:

1. Yearly trips overseas, whenever possible. I generally plan the itinerary and cover both flight + accommodations.
2. Once a month date nights.
3. Cooking and regular house chores. (Cooking skills maybe best effort, if not I help her out while she cooks)
4. Engage in fun activities for both of us with regards to hobbies, camping, movie, shopping etc.

Pending actions:

1. Physical improvement, I have an average build. Aiming for a gym or self workout to go the physical look route as well. (She likes Ryan Reynolds topless, damn you Deadpool)
2. To be a bit more random/romantic in my plans with her.
3. Learning a new language.
4. Once in a while sign up for new random classes together.
5. In the midst of setting up insurance policies with her as beneficiary in case something happens to me.

FAQs:

Q: What's the point of this post?
A: Just to find out if I can get constructive criticism of what I may or may not be doing right. Or maybe ideas to implement. Who knows, some here might actually benefit from this.

Q: Omg, do you only want sex from her? (From SJWs)
A: While not mandatory but wouldn't mind it more. We would be lying to ourselves if we say we don't need sex.

Q: Have you discussed this with her?
A: Yes I did, she has highlighted certain criterias but still rarely happens even after I met those criterias.

Q: How "sex-less" is it?
A: Currently has dropped to once every 1-1.5 months (from once a week, last 1-2 years). At this rate of depreciation, I might not have any at all in a few years haha.

Q: Why don't you just go find another woman?
A: Because I love her and I have principles.

Q: You probably suck in bed?
A: Maybe, but I enjoy foreplays and typically last slightly longer than the standard world average. Also I try to be creative.

Q: So...what do you do when you don't get lucky then?
A: I distract myself with other activities or just sleep it off. Maybe will be slightly grumpy but I accept it as it is. Marital rape is a no no.
