IKEA Knoxhult Kitchen

Has anyone tried purchase Knoxhult with removal of original top wooden worktop and replace with quartz surface?

I ask the IKEA salespersons, they ask me to go for metod which is 2 - 3x times expensive for base cabinet than whole Knoxhult cost. Knoxhult doesnt sell by parts like other kitchen series so it will comes as whole.

They doesn't have a concrete answer for me if Knoxhult can support Quartz surface.

Early Tenancy Termination

My current rented unit owner owed management fees about 12k since I first moved in the unit. First 3 days moved in, management threatened to cut water. Not sure owner discussed what with the management, end up owner come in the unit and adjust the water volume by himself.

After 8months of staying in this unit with numerous letter from MBPJ red letter on Cukai Pintu, now my access card enter to the building is believed terminated by management.

Taken the access cards to management office and they claim these cards are not issued from them because cards does not have the residence logo. Showed them with the unit utilities bill and management office not willing to liaise with me. Had to call owner and owner keep saying he already gao dim all the things with the management office and asked me to try to access again.. still same thing.. I have to keep ask security to open for me.

Just to ask if my tenancy with the owner so miserable, is that possible to terminate the agreement earlier and get my deposit back? Since the tenancy agreement already mention it's owner responsibility to take care the maintenance fees.

I doubt the owner will easily return my deposit, what are the legal way to ensure he return my deposit if the early termination is possible?

My last menses was 20/12/13 and i had intercourse on 3/1/14, soon i took EC within 12hrs. After 1 week i started to felt tender on my breast similar to the menses symtomp. However, menses didn't came and before CNY i have already done 6 test kit with negative result. During CNY, i went to doctor and he advised me patiently wait for 5 days see whether it come. After 5 days still no news yet so i went to another doctor and he done a urine test for me, still negative. Then i started to have few drops of 'Blood' around 2 to 3 days. I was thinking is that symtomps of pregnancy...so i went to another doctor again.. He done ultrasound for me and show there is a fetus around 6 weeks. I was quite upset ... The next day i went to maternity specialist to do abortion..the doctor advised me to go through ultrasound again.. Nothing was shown.. Means nothing inside.. Then i did a transvaginal ultrasound and urine test.. Everything is negative..the doctor gave me norcolut for 5 days.. I don't know what is happened.. Which doctor should i trust? I know it's sounds like grandma story.. But i really stress of it..

Seeking solution for Midvalley seasonal pass

Currently I having internship at the hotel near to Midvalley. Due to unflexible duty roster, i need to get seasonal parking but the hotel do not provide seasonal parking for interns. Anyone have idea how to get the seasonal parking? It's urgent...

UniFi line dropped

my unifi line has dropped for 2days. I called them alot times only they pick up the call.. This morning they call me say that the technician has checked the "maintenance" at downstair of my apartment but there is still no line or any signal for the modem. When i call back them again, they just ask me on my modem and router leave it there. I experienced this every month for 4 to 5days, sometimes even worse. I'm really fed up, because i got 5assignments need to rush and got no internet connection at this moment. stupid tm.
