Hi all,

Just would like to ask wondering why developers usually will set up new sub company whenever they launched new project? Is that easier for them to wind up if there is anything goes wrong e.g. being sued by buyer and etc?

Hi all,

Would like to ask is there is anything to do with the insurance claiming if the car accident was due to burst tyre? My car lost control due to burst tyre and hit the road divider. And was informed I may face difficulty in claiming insurance later.

Rebate if sign S&P within x days

Hi guys, would like to ask regarding the rebate provided by developer upon the sign of S&P within, for example 21 days or 30 days. Would like to know if you guys managed to meet the duration? Or it is pretty normal to exceed the deadline? My loan application itself already took two weeks and now waiting for the lawyer to prepare and arrange the S&P documents. Not sure if will able to meet the deadline or not. Thanks

Hi guys, just came across this new project near German-Malaysia Institute, which developed by Anvil Development Sdn Bhd. So far rarely see post or comment about this area nor the developer. Would like to know if there is any feedback from the owner regarding the quality of property finishing or the prospect for this area?

Training And bond

Hi all,

Would like to know if company ask me to attend a oversea meeting, which then will bond me for one year, do I have the right to reject? I have spoken to my supervisor, he say I must obey their order. If company ask me to attend, then I have to attend and tie by the bond. For me, I feel like it is unreasonable, what if within the bond period, the company ask me to attend another meeting then I am tied with another bond. So I have to stay in the same company forever? It doesn't sound logic for me.

Not sure if there is act or law that protect employee from being forced by employer to tie with a bond?

Laptop monitor problem

Hi guys, I own a Asus 42jr laptop, which worked fine for me in past two years. However, something goes wrong today when I try to boot it. Black screen but Hdd is spinning and fan is on. I have tried to Google and found there is a solution by removed the power source then pressed the power button for 30s, but this trick doesn't work for me.

I suspected LCD maybe the root of problem but I found out that the laptop screen reappear when I tried to connect an external monitor. So I thought it is functioning again and I shut down the laptop. However, the black screen problem strike again when I tried to boot my laptop just now and again the screen reappear once I plugged in the VGA port with external monitor.

Can I know if anyone have experienced this before? It doesn't seems that LCD panel is the problem, and I do not know it is now software or hardware faulty.

Please advise and thanks in advance.
