UTAR: Kampar vs KL vs PJ

Hi all, I wanna study computer in UTAR but don't really know which location is better so I really hope anyone can help me here. Maybe can share how is it comparing location of Kampar / KL / Pj for computer studies in terms of:

1) Location
2) Program (eg. Computer Science/Software Engineering..etc)
3) Lecturers
4) Facilities
5) Student Life
6)....etc (feel free to add)
