high usage of RAM

as per title

whenever i open a launcher like Epic or Uplay, RAM usage get very high, like all 8gb just gone
opening torrent client also like that
already using 3 different GPU nvidia and AMD, same problem, using up to date drivers or using old drivers
currently im using 8gb of 1333 ddr3

what could be the issue, is my RAM dying? reinstall windows still same

windows 7 cannot boot

hi people,

needing some help here.
my system cannot boot to windows
im using 2 hd in raid 0.
after POST, the system show that i have two OS install(win 7, win 8).
i cannot boot into both windows for example if i try to boot into win 7, right after the win logo, the system will restart, the same with win 8.
i check into bios, both hdd are detected in bios and it shows it still in raid mode.
startup repair no use at all, system restore also no use cuz it cannot find the OS.
system recovery also no use as it will show the hdd locked and cannot proceed.
anybody got any idea how to overcome this prob, really appreciate any help.
