Installing curtain rail on pelmet

Hi People,

Can i know how should i install Pole type curtain rail in the pelmet? The area is tight, so i cant really fix the pole to the wall, only option i see now is to the plaster ceiling.

But i have a question whether is the plaster ceiling strong enough? Should i reinforced the top before i install the rail?

Hi Guys, any did shift their main TNB cable at the house meter before? The 1 located at the wall at the front of the house?
The 1 Linking between houses TNB meter.

How much they charge normally to shift or reposition? as of now, i've extended my front of the house and now the cable is inside the house, need to shift it out back. [attachmentid=6750845]

Hi guys, would like to get some opinion on the architectural drawing. As the standard MBPJ extension plan does not allow the change of interior layout.

I'm looking to renovate my 1 storey house and i'm thinking of change some my 3rd room position, so this will involve a change in the internal layout. I believe i will need to submit a new plan for approval right?

Can i know what is the cost like to get the approval?

What other things that is involve for doing interior layout changes?
