Post Renovation Clean Up

Hello Folks,

We all know that post renovation clean up is always difficult. Therefore, i was wondering if anyone has a great/effective idea to clean up the mess after the renovation specially cement dust (they are floating in the air come back after your wipe)!
1. Vacuum all the way before wiping with dammed clothes?
2. Old fashion sweeping and mopping?
3. Electrical blower to blow out all the dust? (bet your neighbor will not be happy about this)
4. Hire cleaning team to do the job and shake leg with a can of coke?

Also, do you clean first before painting the wall and ceiling? or after first/second rounds of cleaning?

Hi Guys,

I was thinking to replace my stock air-filter for my Getz 1.4A to K&N Drop in Filter. Just wondering will that improve the FC since I'm driving 90% in the city. But I heard K&N air-filter will increase the HP (same time will increase the FC as well).

So any advice that I should stay on the stock filter or replace a better performance air-filter

Problem with CM690 front I/O USB

Hi guys, I just got my CM690 today, and using gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P mobo..

The problem was when I connect the front panel I/O USB port into my mobo... and end up pc can't be boot.... press power nothing come out... PSU not even power up.

After remove the USB connection, pc boot as usual.

Hi All,

Not sure whether you all were using any backup/achieve tool that save your phone's phonebook, sms and so on.

Currently I'm using MyPhoneExplorer and MOBILedit!, but sadly both can't support Chinese characters and when ever I have a Chinese characters it will become ?

So not sure whether anyone of you having any others better software to can do Chinese characters backup?

Currently I'm looking for a good and slim =P camera as for business trip/vacation, these are some of the model playing on my mind. Or sifus here might have a better option?

Hence I would like to have some comments from all the sifus here on all these camera, and which one would be the most outstanding in term of:

1. Picture quality (also was the highest ISO mean the better the picture quality are?) And I kinda like to take nightshot, so hope to get a good nightshot camera.
2. Most reliable and tough
3. longest battery life
4. Users friendly as I'm not pro in photography... just play with K800i from time to time
5. Most worthy in term of what you get for what you paid...

Anyway my budget was around RM1200 +-10%.... so not afford to get SonyDSC-T100.... oh anyway can anyone provide me the price list for the particular model mentioned? Thanks

Getz is around 60K with 3% interest
City is around 68K duno what is the interest rate for 2nd hand car.

Guys did anyone of you out there having problem with the wireless router?

Mine router kept give me a ping timeout problem after for some time. Mostly happen when i lunch P2P client application after 30mins. Which then making me unable to online at that time but still the P2P still downloading.

Any solution on this problem?

Hi champion around LYN, i had this two problem with my yahoo mail box. Just wondering can anyone of you out there can help me to solve it?

1. The Bulk unread mail can't be clear. ut when you click into the bulk folder itself it show "This folder is empty". I tried to disable the spam function but it doesn't work.

2. Have a business account, but no more working in the company. So anyway to remove the account?

Please anyone out there guide me in this.
