Hi, despite I uninstall and reinstall my apps.it keeps show server down. I've contacted grab and requested for my account delete and re- sign up also same problem. Anybody encounter this issue before?Oh ya,I've tried logging in on another device. Same issue

asking about motorcycle loan

not sure whether this is correct place to post this.but it involve money,so i am hoping some sifu will be able to answer my inquire...

i bought a motorcycle 2year ago..total is rm2880.installment for around 2year..then on march last year,i gave it to my uncle coz i was not using it anymore.told him to continue paying the installment(that time the oustanding balance left around 1.4k)

but last week i was shocked to receive a sms saying "peringatan terakhir,anda diminta menjelaskan tunggakan bayaran motorsikal anda sebelum 21/2/2014,sekiranya tidak akaun berikut anda akan dikurungkan

and a few more that i couldn't remember..

i called my uncle to confirm this,he said he stopped paying since may last year(Zzz)
then today i go back to the shop to inquire how much is the loan balance now.they inform me the total is rm2574(!!!)
i saw on the computer screen its written
"outstanding balance-rm1440
interest-rm137.00
postage fee-rm87.00
charges-rm30.00
legal fee-rm880(!!!)

shocked,i asked what the hell is legal fee,they just replied,"since u so long never pay ad,we already assign the case to "collecter",the fee of assigning a collecter ofc must be paid by me..

my question is,this Legal fee,izit really that expensive?
i mean even if they engage a lawyer to send a lawyer letter to me,i wouldn't cost that much also right?

then i called to the "collecter" to ask what is this legal fee all about,their reply to me was very harsh(i dunno why they have to shout)
furthermore they threaten me saying that if i dun pay it this month,by next month the legal fees would have increased to rm1.5k(how izit i din pay for around 8 months,it is only rm880 but on the 9th month i will become rm1.5k???)

i felt suspicious so i decided to ask the collecter's company name,they simply replied "alkali resources"
asked their website(none,they give me some junk email address instead)

is there really an "alkali resources" company that a motor shop will assign as collecter when we failed to pay our loan installment?or is this really the correct procedure for a motor shop to do if their customer did not pay their outstanding loan?

if its really the right procedure,is the amount of legal fees that i have to pay is really so high?

damn the motor's price is just rm2880..i paid rm1.4k by installment ad and now i have to pay another 2.5k for the bike??

could any lawyer or motorcycle shop owner verify this for me...sorry if u guys cant understanding my situation,given my bad english..
