Is it true that developer only can approve the DIBS through certain branch of their panel bank? What I meant here is the branch ya, not the bank. I understand that the banks are selected by the developer but how about the bank branch where we can apply? E.g. Alliance bank. We can only apply the loan under particular branch mentioned by the developer and we can&#39;t simply go to any Alliance bank branch, otherwise the DIBS might not get approved by developer? <br /><br />Thanks.
