Traffic Accident advice

Here's how the story and the scenario like. I was rounding in Jalan Telawi 2, Bangsar area for a carpark.. More than 20min I guess..

Sometimes when u r looking for carpark u will forget to give a signal. Which is my fault for turning left without giving a signal. But hello, you shouldn't speed up ur bike either.. Unfortunately this gentleman hit my car while I'm turning left without giving him a signal.

Without saying any words, he immediately stand up from the falling and give a great sucker punch to my widescreen with no injury.. I was really terrified as I've never experienced something rare like this. His punch was really really powerful that broke my widescreen... Secondly he shouted at me "Mana signal kau.. KELUAR!!!'.. Ofcos I refused to come out from the car.. He's holding his helmet in his arm.. And when I refused to come out he hit my car again for 3rd times.. I told him I'm not gonna come out cos I love my life.. I don't want to admit in hospital. I admitted to him that it was my fault and let's go to police station.

Finally, we've blocked the car behind us for passing thru.. He doesn't want to go police station with me and I've decided to take a picture of his vehicle and he's showing me the international sign in the picture. Too bad I was too terrified to change it to a video mode..

I'm not asking for any compensation which he won't pay me anything at all. But the way he tortured my car was really really terrible. It shouldn't be this way.. And come on, Where are all ur energy come from?? I know my apologized doesn't mean anything to u..

I've made a police report straight after the accident and this gentleman are suppose to follow me but he end up disappeared and i was being fined for RM300 for this accident.
There's no fair or unfair issue in the accident because it was my fault. The police advised me to do a crime report to protect myself and I asked if there's any action against him towards his behavior for torturing my car.
The policeman replied with a 'No'....

Dear Forum friends... Does anyone of you encounter something similar like this? I wish there are some justice for me against him.
