Hi all sifu..
I am planning to buy my first property but I do not have enough information and I do not want to blindly buy a property.

I wonder how much will i eligible to loan as my annual Gross Income was around 51k.
I do not have any other loan as I am using 2nd hand car which do not need to do installment.
I have a clean credit i guess because my monthly credit card debt is RM0.00.
FYI, I am working near Cheras area.

I have some question would like to have some enlighten.

1. How much loan will i able to get approve from bank?
2. I heard some friend told me that we can buy a property with just booking fee and downpayment no need to pay because agent will help do something which raise the loan amount. Is it true? How could I do it?
3. For 1st home buyer, we could get 100% loan is it?

These are some of my question and hope to get some guide from sifus...

s3 mini unable to charge

Hey all,

Yesterday, my s3 mini unable to charge, I wonder what is happening. I tried to use other charger but still same.
Today i try again and it can again but very very hard, i suspect the port has died ady.
Anyone also face this problem? anyone replace the port before? how was it and is it expensive?

Auto Gear Proton 1.5 Problem

Hi all,

Me and my dad is a car mechanic and we have a 1.5 Auto Gearbox for proton was unable to change gear during morning. Normally people will change it but me and my dad decide to repair it / experiment on what is the issue inside the gearbox.
we have change mostly every part of the gearbox and the small gear/big gear but it seem still the same. Been polish every part of gearbox even the filter part. I suspect is the gear oil chemical which need higher temperature and also polished the surface of it as it may will leak oil inside the component. Even the filtering inside gearbox also been change. With a no giving up on experiment, we not sure what else can we check.
Any other experience mechanic mind share on some info that we can try out? Been repair it and testing for couple of month. The gear will change when the temperature at 80 celcius. yes I have change the temperature to a digital temperature and the gear box I also have a temperature to do the testing. It was like it reach 70 celcius and the gear will change as normal.

HI all,

I am new to here and I would like to hear some opinion from all people.
I wish to get my first house but with my current income, I only can buy low price condo/landed/any.

I am 22 yr old, and my monthly income is just 3k. I wish to own a house because i rent house at Setapak and feel like why don't i buy a house and rent other room to other people.

Is there any 0% down payment property?
Which type of house do u all suggest?
I wish in couple of year i can sell the house to gain some profit to change into another house.
I wish to know the place of the house, I don't mind driving to work because currently I am driving to work at Estin area PJ.
For my case, is that possible to get 100% loan because i don't have much saving since salary so low.
I really have no knowledge in property but wish to learn it.

Any advice?

Laptop keyboard problem?

Hi.. Im new here. My laptop got a problem. When i plug-in my laptop built in keyboard and then i start my laptop and it will have "beep non-stop" sound and cannot even start my laptop. When i unplug my build in keyboard, i can start my Windows normally. Does my laptop keyboard problem?
