Question: Wind turbine and Aircond

Need help on the Wind turbine or solar turbine.

Scenario:
If you install wind turbine and you need to open up hole on the ceiling. And you need to turn on aircond.

Q:
1. Is there any impact of energy consumption if wind turbine is continuing sucking the air out and air cond is turn on?
2. My solar turbine installer ask me not to open up hole from the ceiling, so the hot air between roof and ceiling will be suck out. is this the right way?

Currently driving Nissan Livina, but kind of clamp when
2 Car seat for children
1 maid
1 driver
2 passenger

And stroller for baby. want to change bigger size car, with reasonable petrol consumption and budget. Plan to trade in the Livina for the new car.
