Looking to sell my 50% share in the business for RM15,000. The other partner owns 2 Aesthetic Centers around KL. He handles mostly on the marketing aspect of the business.

Terms:
- Must be able to handle the day to day activities, staffing of the outlet.
- fees for transferring of shares etc will be borne by the purchaser.

Reason:
I don't have the time to run/improve the business due to other commitments.

Details:
Newly setup Hair Aesthetics center in EkoCheras Mall.
-renovations and equipments included
-expenses for renovations and equipments is over RM100k.

Why don't just sell the business over to the partner?
He is unable to fully commit to running the business and manages mostly the marketing aspects and would require someone to run the business day to day activities. He wants a partner in the business to manage this aspect.

Extra info:
Taking over my portion of share entitles you to half of the leasing deposits of RM15,000

Is the whole business up for sale?
Yes, at RM40,000neg not including leasing deposits.

I'm currently using Toyo T1R and they are near their deathbed(producing loud 'whoong' noises and I can't stand the sound even more after 120kmph!!). I drive mostly in the city with the occasional 1-2x per month trip to Penang.
My tyre size is 225/45/17.
Been looking around and possible candidates are
-Toyo T1 Sport
-Toyo C1S
-Michelin PS3
Any suggestions/inputs and would really appreciate if you can post the price and shops that you know of.

i am trying to fund my sportsbook account via credit card, moneybooker, neteller and entropay but am unable to do so as apparently since god knows when malaysia banned funds being transfered to gaming sites. well, the last time i funded my accounts was 3 years ago via credit card and it was no problem at all. anybody got any idea around this?
