Hi peeps i'm back,

I have started working as an executive engineer for months ago and i have rejected the other offer. Unfortunately, recently they sent me a new offer letter which counter the salary figure with +200 in difference with my current company. And again i'm get confused whether i should stay or jump off.

Let me brief my situation:

Currently i'm working as an executive engineer, i don't really build up my technical skills. Basically my job requires me to coordinate small projects, i have to monitor the project progress by coordinating tasks for technician and contractor, as well as keeping my client updated with the progress. Usually 1 project will takes 6 weeks to 3 months progress period to be completed. Im in the probation period and once converted, my salary figure will be quite good, it's +900 from my current salary. The environment is really good, not much pressure and very nice colleagues.

So now the other company has offered me with a new offer with different pos, it's security engineer. The job prospect is more to developing my technical skills in dealing with unix/freeBSD machines. I am really interested since the job since there will be chances for me enhance my technical skills, but the offer stated that it's an offer or 2 years contract.

Btw, both company can provide me with pro certs related to my job field. I am really in dilemma again right now, please enlighten me regarding this. Salary wise, it'll be +700 in difference if i jump off from my current company but i'll have the opportunity to enhance my skills set. I've just graduated and I don't know whats the best for me to choose.
