How to lift or jack up sinking concrete slab.

Dear sifus,

Part of the external 3' wide walkway surrounding the external wall of my house is sinking. How to fix it? Thus far, I can only think of the layman method of doing it that is to hack the slab, refill and resurface. From Google search, there are technics such as poly level, mudjacking using expansion foam etc. I wonder if these services are available in Malaysia.

Here are the facts of the subject property.
1. 30+ years old single story bungalow.
2. Internal floor still intact because of rebar.
3. No rebar for the external 3' wide walkway.
4. The concrete slab sank about 3 to 4 inches or 8 to 10cm.

How to connect a 5.5mm outdoor electric wire ?

Introduction.
The entire length of the 2 x wires (7 strands copper with an outer diameter of 5.5mm) is about 60M (200ft), pulled from the DB of a residence house to another building (swiftlet house) at the back of the residence house.
In between the two buildings, the wires were elevated 20' above the ground by wooden pole and trees. The wires have been there for the past 5 years providing power supply to run 3 timer controlled amplifiers with approx 200 tweeters + one 5w LED bulb.

The Problem
Recently, the insulation of the wires near the tree got bitten by squires thus exposed the core and causing sparks between neutral and live wires. As a result, the wires broken into two.

The Question
Can I reattach the wires with some sort of special wire connector for this wire size ? Bear in mind that the wire was pulled 60m apart and elevated 20' above found, the re-connection have to be very tight to withstand the tension. Also, the wires are exposed in open sky.
