Buy & Sell Laptop with or without warranty

Hi I just need info and suggestion from experience forumers or admins regarding this issue since im new to this trade & sell.

Condition:
Sold: GT60 2PC DOMINATOR 3K EDITION
Sold price: RM4800 (after nego from RM6000)
Courier: Buyer only paid RM50 but courier price is actually RM99.90 which balance has been paid by seller.
Original price: RM7399
Condition: Perfect working condition except for waer & tear chipped paint at the back
Age: Almost 3 months
Warranty: 3 days personal if any defect & 1 year international & 2 years local warranty from MSI.

ISSUE
DAY 1: No problem. Box is a bit dented due to mishandling of courier. User starts to install online game DOTA.

DAY 2: Buyer informed that the laptop is working great. Great performance in playing online games.

DAY 3: Buyer complained that his laptop gets very heaty even when playing DOTA for '45 min - 1 hour'. Seller says its normal for high end gaming laptop. But buyer kept on emphasizing on the heat, saying that it is more heaty than his other laptop. Seller tried to determine if the heat is a serious matter and see if gets on to the performance of the game by asking if theres any lag. Buyer says just a little bit lag. Seller recommends using the correct settings for better performance of the game. Buyer have no further complain, and despite the heat and little lag issues buyer did not return the laptop. Sales is condider closed.

DAY 4: DAY 9: No complain.

DAY 10: At 11pm, buyer suddenly starts to contact the seller back and says that the his online games 'really lags with high ping and gradually get low fps'. Buyer said that he can't play online game smoothly and its driving him crazy with high pings and instabilitity. Buyer informed that he tried to contact MSI support service via email and tested playing on different internet connection. He read forums and tried to follow the solutions. But non fixed his issues. He concluded that the laptop has problems and demanded for his money to be returned.

DAY 11: Seller informs that it has been 10 days since the laptop being under the buyer care, and it would be unfair for both parties if the buyer pushes any sudden problems towards the seller. So the sellers recommends that it is best for the buyer to claim the warranty from the company as it still new.
Buyer is persistant and just simply wants his money back. He informed that the lagging issues have been going on since day 3. Seller reminded that last complain he made mentioned that lag was small and was more concerned of the heaty issues. Seller have informed that despite the complain, he never return the laptop until today. Seller have reminded that the buyer have never mentioned anything about 'bad lagging" and willing to show the proof on the previous conversations. . Buyer now changes story and said that the lagging that he is experiencing now is not 'bad' lagging, but the same as the complain that he made on the day 3. (which is small?) Buyer now said that it is not bad lagging, its the same type of lagging since the 3rd day.
His actual words is " I thought its heating issues. It's not bad lagging, its the same type of lag since the third day. I just explain it in terms of pings fps later on as a gamer. So in laymen terms, I change to lag. So you thought its serious issues but it is the same lag since third day. But this is small lag. It is not ideal for gaming. I am not a designer but I am a gamer. So this small lags is an hinderence."
So what is your thought on this?

* My issue is why didn't give back on the 3 day and only after 10 days then wana refund?
* The person say was troubleshoot the issue then after 10 days say have issue ply dota coz of intermittent issue dunno intermittent of graphic or wifi.
* I asked if did called MSI or send over to MSI service to checked, person say no coz to HASSLE to do so?? So then why HASSLE to send email or checked online & HASSLE me when im not a MSI technical, when u can just send service centre and asked MSI pro technical to checked?? 2 years warranty....

Is it right for the person to address this issue like this??

Thank You.
