NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! CHEAT ME THAT THE PRODUCT HAS WARRANTY BUT SHE DOESN'T RESPONSIBLE ABOUT IT!

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SELLER! SAID GOT WARRANTY BUT END UP DOESN'T WANT TO GIVE ANY WARRANTY AND CLAIM THAT IS MY HOUSE ELECTRICITY PROBLEM!

This thing happened to be like this :
When I receive the breast pump, it has some electricity inside it ( it means can use without charging), my dad is a electrical engineering, so that I know that use the device until almost flat only recharge it will be better and let the pump not spoilt easily.

When I finally use it until flat, I charged it, after around 30minutes I smell some burning smell, den I quickly off the electricity and I found that the inner of the device is somehow melt a little bit, and it affect the on-off switch which make that i cannot on it at all.

This is the first time I charge this item.

So, I contact the seller and she says that is my house run of electricity got problem, and maybe is raining and lightning. I told her I charge it that time is not raining time, and I off all electricity when raining to prevent electric shock and electronic item to be spoilt, den she says that is my house "run" of electricity problem.

She also claimed that "TM modem even is spoilt because of lightning and run of electricity and with warranty, they will not replace a new modem", but my case is not because of the electricity problem, it is the motor problem which is the device own self having problem, and not due to my improper way of using it.

And she said that she did not meet this kind of problem before. But the thing is, will the problem always be the same???

So unreliable seller! Trying to cheat about the warranty! I saw it has the warranty of one month only buy from this seller and last the seller say she will not be responsible of this!

Just now She finally send me a message say that she will not replace the item because this is not her problem is my problem, she said this is an accident. LOL. charge for half an hour den melt dy is my problem? That is so unfair! Cheat my money!

Please give some opinion to me.
