Major Defects Claim after DLP period

Hi all sifu,

This is what happened to my condo on 1st Jan 2019. Almost the entire floor tiles tented.
It seems like very poor workmanship by the developer, as shown by the back of the tile, with no sign of bonding between the cement and tile.

My DLP over at 31 August 2018, is there any other legal way that I can file this complaint so that the developer can at least compensate me due to their poor workmanship?
I've already file a complaint to the developer, but they replied said DLP is over, they unable attend to this complaint.

I saw a Cort CR280 in a pawn shop. selling at very cheap price. I know a brand new one cost around 1.6k, but i do not what other things to check if it's the real Cort.

Your advice is very much appreciated.

Hello LYN forumers!!

I'm 25 years old engineer from Subang. Worked for almost 1 and half years already. Has been able to save enough to invest in property. Looking for decent rental income as top priorities. So I'd seen 2 units and going to view another 1 coming this weekend. here's the details.

1. Puncak Seri Kelana - Ara Damansara - Fully furnished - move in condition - Leasehold - 1040 sf
- Very good condition. Clean and tidy. Currently tenanted at 2k with the tenant not staying there as he fly often.
- 425k

2. Regalia - KL - Bare - Freehold - 500 sf studio
- New, can rent out for 2k maybe. Still got plenty of room for appreciation
- 385k

3. Lagoon Perdana - Sunway - Fully Furnihed - move in condition - Leasehold - 900sf (going to view this weekend)
- the agent said is very good condition with furniture and renovation. currently tenanted at 1.2k to a malay couple. Agreement till Nov 13.
- 175k

Which 1 is the better choice?

I think 1. is the best because the unit is quite nice. Can consider to stay in the future. But lagoon perdana give the best rental income. Regalia got room to reach 1k per square feet.

What do you think?
