Hi everyone, new to property market and would like to seek for some recommendation in Kuchai Lama / Bukit Jalil areas.

Price Range: 700k ~ 900k
Area: Kuchai Lama / OUG / Bukit Jalil
Objective: Own stay
Condition: Built (Not keen on new project), prefer developer units (no 10% downpayment and rebate etc etc)
Prefer Freehold
Prefer practical layout, around 9xx - 1.1k sf
No preference in public transport, amenities, etc.

Mather in Penang(As i know all these 3 firms do not have a branch in Penang, do correct me if im wrong)?Recently i found a firm named Peapalove in Penang

About my Hp compaq CQ40-406 laptop problems

Since last few months i found out that when i running some high graphic program such as Dota,RPG game on my laptop my laptop will suddenly like

crashed and my screen will turn to black and i can't do anythings .The only thing i can do is pull the adapter and let the laptop restart.But since

last week this problem going to be more and more serious.Now even when i was on facebook or watching some drama the stupid laptop will crashed

suddenly.Anyone know is that mean i gonna buy a new laptop very soon?Or it's actually can do something with that?
