Question on Samsung KIES

Hi guys,

I'm a new user of SGS 2 (G version). Before this was using Nokia E71. I really like the SGS 2 but the KIES software really sucks. I've had lots of problems like:

1. Cannot sync with Outlook. Have to try multiple times before it can sync. This is usually with the Calendar/Schedule but I've also had problems to sync the contacts and to do list (memo in Kies) as well.

2. Multiple entries after sync with Outlook. This is a frequent problem after sync the contacts and sometimes the to do list.

Have you guys faced similar problems? If yes, any advice? I've contacted Samsung Malaysia but they only asked me to uninstall and reinstall the KIES which I did but still didn't solve anything.

It's a real shame such a wonderful handphone being handicapped by such poor software. Even the Nokia PC suite was very much better in terms of ease of use and reliability.
