Photoshop CS2

Hi everyone, I'd been encountering a problem when trying to install Photoshop CS2 on my computer with Widnows XP SP2. The error shows:

"Could not complete your request because something prevented the text engine from being initialized."

I tried searching in this problem but what i got is this, which the solution is not shown:

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...=text+prevented

I pm-ed that guy but i think due to his inactivity he didn't reply.

Besides that, there's another problem. When I start this version of photoshop, an obvious lagging of computer occured. I open my task manager and found that PF usage to gradually increase non-stop. Till the end i have to end the process of this programme if not the computer will hang.

I google-d around and still couldn't find exact solution, if not not working. So, I'm here desperately and sincerely requesting for help. Anyone? Thx in advance and have a nice day
PNY Technologies, apa itu?

Hi everyone, i've some doubts here with some unsatisfactory too. Just wanna ask you guys if you ever heard the brand of this 1GB DVRSMMC, named PNY technologies.

Recently i'd bought a new N70-ME and it comes with a Nokia brand memory card. However, the card became corrupted just on the next 2 days before I actually put in my stuffs inside. And so, i brought it to a few (yes, a FEW, not one) I-mobile and also NSC shops to claim for warranty. It's just 2days! But at the end my dad had to bring it again to the Bangsar NSC branch on the next day because I'm working, not free to go there. They told me to leave it there, so i did.

After one week, my dad called the shop again to ask for the card but they wanted me to wait 2 more days. So, i just wait. Until today, when my dad helped me to get the card, and brought it home to me, i surprisingly found out it isn't the Nokia branded card anymore, and the brand now is PNY technologies. I was like -.-" Never heard before at all....

I immdiately doubt of it's quality, speed, etc. It looks very unreliable and why do they wanna change my card to this dunno-what-brand card? PNY Technologies.... Have you guys ever heard b4?

*The N70-ME i bought is Original under Zitron warranty.

Star Edu Scholarship

Hi everyone. I'm not sure if this topic has been started or not but after browsing through a few pages in this section, I finally decide to start it because I can't search any available post (and also after trying out the search function).

I've currently just completed my pre-u course, SAM at taylors and hope to pursue my tertiary education at Nottingham. Of course, there's already a 25% scholarship available for students who meet the requirements. Anyway, I'm thinking to reduce my parents' burden somemore by getting a full scholarship like Star Education Scholarship. My results is not excellent but still above-average. So, I'd like to take this risk. Though my academic results is not outstanding enough, yet 1% of chance is still a chance. At least I try it.

According to the seminar in the Educational Fair at KLCC some weeks ago, Star Scholarship doesn't only require a good results but also some ahievements in co-curricular activities. Worst of all, you need to attend an interview, which is my weakness. Fortunately, I've some reasonable achievements such as representing school for sports competition.

So, my main purpose of starting this topic is to ask if there's anyone here who can share their experience here? What should we prepare? And what should we be aware of?

Thanks in advance. Hope it helps the others too.
