Sales/Marketing/Business Manager Position
Anyone experiences as current for the above position mentioned in any MNC or SME, what sort of salary and perks? I refering to manager to lead a minimum sales team (2) and minimum total revenue @ RM5million.

I'm @ 30, as an engineering graduate background with MBA, with abt 10 years diverse industry and positions hold. Im in dilema should i stay with this SME company. Currently, as a regional sales manager in this SME, getting basic salary with commision and performance bonus yearly. However, i feel SME has its limitation in term of salary and scope of work growth. My monthly earning in this SME can be range from RM4.5k to RM11k. Leading a sales team(1-2) and dealers and have over write commisions.

However, my intention is not into commision base and would pursue to basic salary with performance base which most MNC practice, yet i believe i will not able to achieve here, SME. My MD will not able to pay me @ RM9.5k basic or higher and widen my scope of responsibilites.
Although is a SME, during economy downturn recently, still got bonus and salary increment, less politics and my MD give me freedom on my works. Throughout the year, i feel doom @ this SME and starts to miss those days in MNC that is so ad-hoc and politics.

My previous employment from MNC-SME and now wish to back to build my further career. The limitation make me to switch again but what stop me is do i want the life in MNC.
