What does Guarantor means?

Please advise.

My brother & his wife are trying to purchase a new condo worth of 600k. However, their housing loan has not been approved yet. The banker has asked if he could get a guarantor to secure the loan because there is shortage of Rm600.

My question is if I agree to become guarantor, will there be any issues if I want to purchase house later on? I currently have a joint housing loan with my dad, the remaining loan balance is about Rm 60k. My dad has rented the unit so I'm not paying for that house. And also, if i become guarantor will my name listed in CCRIS report? Please guide me, thanks a lot.

How to buy second hand house without down payment

Good day.

Need your advise on housing loan. I'm interested to get a second hand house. It's a apartment worth of 400k. I have some amount in EPF account 2. This is not my first home as I already have joint loan with my dad for another house. But I'm not paying for the house as it's rented already. The SNP is under my dad's name but loan is under me and my dad.

To buy this apartment can I withdraw from account 2?
I donhave enough cash with me.l but I really want this house. Is there anything like 100%loan that I can apply? Please advise. Many thanks.

I had an interview with one of the established company recently.
I tried my best at the interview but I couldnt answer some of the technical questions they asked. The hiring manager didnt discuss about my expected salary or even question me on my notice period. He didnt even inform me that we will get back to you or something like that.

Does this mean that I failed the interview?
