Having both MaxisFibre and Unifi line

Dear all seniors, would like to gather some feedback regarding my scenario.

I have unifi for few years already for work purposes, decided to install Maxis fibre (cheaper alternative, under individual which can be arranged as per agent promised) in order to cater for customer wifi usage. Not wanting for customers to use existing unifi line to affect my staffs productivity towards online usage.

Was absent during installation (last Saturday), technician came and installed the maxis fibre router, found out today where the router is installed only to link with TM modem. No extra fibre optic line given set up from the port. Is this practice legitimate? As what I've assumed of requesting new line would mean given a new fibre optic line, along with modem and router.

Checked with a friend of mine who owns 3 unifi line at his home, he has a total of 3 lines, 3 modem and 3 routers separately.

In such scenario, the same fibre optic line shared to two routers (unifi and maxis) - would that mean its a share of bandwith allocation which will affect one another? Was claimed from the agent that Maxis holds no authority to set up an extra port, its up to TM arrangement and since they have claimed there's existing unifi line, no extra line is needed. But in such case, wouldn't it defeat the whole purpose of subscribing a new line, might as well upgrade my current existing unifi package to a better one?

Is it the right time to purchase a property now?

Hey there, am currently interested in purchasing a property based in Ipoh of a completed project with its CCC to be reaching up to a 1 year by 21st March 2019, I have my letter offers ready which I've yet to sign as I've stumbled upon the article of Home Ownership Campaign raised by LGE highlighting a minimum of 10% discount of completed projects more than a year.

I have spoken to the developer agent regarding this, was claimed that my unit is not entitled due to their phase of terrace unit is just completed not more than a year, but I was given the clarification from the bank of needing the add on payments of valuation report for a completed project of more than 6 months. Both bank and developer says the cost of valuation fee is borne by borrower.

A few things I would like to clarify towards your kind advices:

1. Basing on my understanding, valuation fee is a norm towards sub-sale properties (second hand), if a developer unit has failed to fully sell off their remaining units exceeding 6 months, shouldn't they be at disadvantage for their customers in order to bare an additional cost of valuation fee? Which in return is it common for developers to include it as a beneficial coverage to the customer?

2. Where are we able to view on the lists of developer companies who have take part into the Home Ownership Campaign?

3. Is there a likelihood that of such campaign is more entitled only KL properties rather than expanding towards outer states?

4. I was given a CCC copy from mortgage officer stating the project is moving towards 1 year, should there be conditions fulfilled for the discount entitlement, is it automatically assumed that buyers are able to get the benefits of it?

Just wouldn't want to get scammed by developers towards getting a low-balled deal. Any info or comments are greatly welcome towards easing my confusion towards property purchases.

24/7 open restaurant/bar in hotels?

Hey guys, putting mamak aside, any of you happen to know restaurants or bars where the kitchen stays open throughout the night? Preferably those that are inside hotel or standards similar to it.

Places where it serves western dinner food would be good, but asian food is fine too as long as the ambience is decent enough (like cafe standard minimum).

Looking forward for input from you guys, thanks!!

Need some resource from any of you who stayed somewhere which happened to pass by the place or those who went today.

Cause im planning to go with my friends at noon time but was told that it's super packed at around 1pm today. They describe super pack as in people park all the way till roadside. Is it common for IKEA to be packed all the time? Or if not anyone knows why? Is there any event that's happening recently or what

Don't wanna travel all the way from subang to IKEA only to see that its so packed that makes us not feeling like going there. So please help, thanks!

Could not access into files in pendrive

Apparently I couldn't access files that are not inside the folders of my pendrive as they are displayed as shortcuts, while files that are inside those folders are still working fine.

Tried formatting my pendrive, but the shortcut issue still exist.

I went to google for solution, I tried following using the cmd from these links

I'm able to locate back my hidden files and to be able to access into them, but every time I plug in my usb I'll have to redo the same whole step. So, is there any way I could actually make my files to be accessible and not them to be shortcuts?

Anyone knows the correct date for this year's teacher day? Because as of sources from wiki says that it falls on every 16th of may of the year, while I've seen my ex lecturer actually posted a happy teachers day wall post at facebook. So, thoughts?
