Menstrual Period Pain

Appreciate if you girls could shed a light and share with all the girls include me.

I am 26, but still having menstrual period pain every month, merely at the first day. It's decreasing my productivity at work. I could have finished more tasks or stay late at night if I don't have this problem. Sometimes, I really can't focus at work. (uterus cramped even I can't walk properly/sit still in the meeting/take time-off/go back early)

1) I heard of Evening Primrose Oil, never take.
2) I take Bak Fong Pills after my period. It does not work on me.
3) I drink a bit of DOM. It does not work.
4) I drink cold drink only once a while and avoid during period time. Again, it does not help much.
5) I exercise when I am in mood/I realise I am fat.
6) I don't take painkiller like Panadol pink pill as I am susceptible of the effect.

I am wondering, is it imperative? I heard from friends that it will gone either when:

1) I got married. or
2) I deliver baby.

I get to know this guy Mr. A from a ex-colleague during a gathering on August 2009. I like him and obtained his mobile number. I did msg him once a while (normal forwarded msg)...but no reply from him

Around April 2010, I have encountered some problem in my job and I seek for his help. our romantic relationship begins...

We msg/call almost everyday since then

Things that I will never forget: (maybe for some, it's nothing )

1) He celebrated my birthday last year. I have told him once (only once), and he really surprised me as he remembered the day. It was just a simple dinner, but I was touched. He took my photo with the birthday cake that he bought and sent to me via e-mail. However, he refused to take his photo.

2) He bend down and helped me to tie the timing chip to my shoe laces during a run and he was actually waiting for me for the whole run. I was having my menstrual period pain, it was painful and I can only walk that time.

3) He always wait for me, even if I were in the restroom for a long time (say 10mins). He never scold me, he always smiling.

4) He mentioned before, I were his only friend that always keep in touch with him, cheer him up

5) He told me his failure, willing to share his stories.

6) I never pay for movies, he paid through online. I treated him dinner.

7) He cared for me when I was sick.

8) He never scold me if I were late for dates.

9) He gave me Valentines gift few days after Valentines day. His friend bought a lot of chocs from Australia, he left some for me. He bought a container and wrapped with a wrapper by himself (it was ugly, but I was touched) I was surprised (because the chocs not from him), he said it is Valentines Day gift for me

and since last 2 weeks, he has been very cold towards me...

1) He does not reply my message nowadays...last time he never fail to reply my msg...even he was busy, he will send by the end of the day...I am sad.

2) He switched off his hand phone

3) For the last two outings with him...he was walking in front of me, very far...5m-10m...we were just like not knowing each other...

It's very heart-breaking....I did asked him after that, he said nothing...
