How to reject job offer politely & not blacklisted

The situation is like this:

I went through 5 stage of interview to join company named B. I finally got the offer and Company B's HR is pushing for me to sign the offer letter ASAP. In the mean time, I just attended the last stage interview of company A which I'm really keen to join. Both are actually really good company but I'm more keen on company A. The problem is, if i failed the interview with company A, then I will join B. How do i keep company B's HR happy without pissing them off? * I have delayed my signing for a week already.
How should I reply to company B's email then? I dont want to get blacklisted by them as well.

FMCG vs Oil&Gas, which one do u prefer n why?
Hey guys, I did some search in the forum but couldn't find the answer i'm looking for.

I'm going to graduate as a mechanical engineer. Currently undecided on which line of industry should i venture into. I'm interested in FMCG industry i.e Nestle, Unilever n BAT's management trainee program. I like the MT's program where there will be department rotation once every few months which enable me to better understand the whole business process but i'm not sure how's the career progression line will be 5-10 years down the road. Will I be stuck or confined to just stay in the Operation/ Manufacturing line (which I do not prefer). And also can the rewards in this industry match those in O&G in manager level?

Moving on to Oil&Gas,
the money's good n practically everyone in my course wants to join this field. But the problem with this field is that I'm not sure I wanna be doing something technical for the rest of my life and I would also prefer to mingle or work with ppl from diverse background not just engineering. *Imagine 4 years in my course with not a single female in my batch.

So hope some sifu can shed some light to my dilemma.
