Moving to Cyberjaya in my late twenties now?

Hi guys, I am a 29 yo chinese single guy that recently came back to Malaysia after spending 4 years working abroad. Due to a series of events that I am not gonna go in depth into, I realize living with my mum is not something I am willing to tolerate anymore. Been researching neighborhood to rent a condo/apartment/studio in, and on paper I think Cyberjaya seems to be a pretty good idea?

I am lucky enough to still be able to work from home amidst the pandemic, and recently picked up a second job, which combined will probably net me around the low 5 figures range a month. No heavy commitment so far aside from my mum's medical bill. Planning to get a car when the pandemic is over, nothing fancy, looking at probably a second hand prius c or 2019 second hand yaris if I no longer have to pay my mum's medical bill by then. Hobby including basketball, guitar, movie, reading and occasionally being a noob in dota.

What appeals to me about Cyberjaya is the relatively new condo/apartment/studio that I can rent for a lower price as compare to other areas in KL, some condos that I am looking at even has basketball court which I can rarely find in KL. Plus I was told the weekend there can be quite peaceful? Most of my friends have either started a family or busy climbing the corporate ladder we barely have time to hang anyway, so I don't mind living a lil bit further from everyone.

On the flipside what worries me is that, will I be able to make new friends or establish new social circle in Cyberjaya? From what I've read online it's predominantly expats and foreign students. What are the food choices available there? I don't cook myself, wondering if there is any place that I can dapao on a daily basis.

Had to edit this once again because of comments that are way too judgmental when it comes to the "not living with my mum", and "no longer have to pay medical bill" part. I initially don't see the need to explain myself, but congrats to each and everyone of you for not having a narcissistic abusive mom to begin with, so you can sit on your high horse and call people charsiew simply because they are choosing to live life the best way they see fit. And also no longer have to pay her medical bill coz she is getting better. Calm your hello pulis and char siew comments. Thanks.

I have a display cabinet of my own (wooden cupboard with glass sliding doors) but recently ran out of space, and thinking to buy one.
I kept them in my cupboard, few months later I started seeing spider webs and dusts on my Gundam MGs and HGs and plenty of my Marvel action figures
which pissed me off so much lol
Need advice/tips on how you guys manage to keep your model kits from collecting dust
And also recommend me where to buy a glass display cabinet similar to the picture attached with reasonable price

I prefer wall mounted display cabinet as I have limited space on my room
