1. What if one day, someone come and rompak my house.....hoo mai god. He got parang, I scared but then when we ended up battle and he accidentally kill himself with his own parang and I dont have cctv to rekod him killing him self... am I guilty?

2.case almost same. But the only difference is not he kill him self is I kill him. Am I guilty if I kill someone who's tying to kill me?
