Vista Problem Help

I am attempting to upgrade from Windows XP Pro SP2 to Windows Vista Home
Premimum. When I incert the CD, Vista comes up with the message that my
computer is not ACPI compliant. I checked my bios settings, APCI is enabled,
so I assume for some reason it was not installed when I installed XP. I
checked the device manager and it was not. However, I attempted to reinstall
XP and I cannot for the life of me get ACPI to install. I tried pressing F5
during the raid driver installation and nothing happens.

How do I get my computer to install ACPI?

Added on July 1, 2007, 11:25 amAfter booting from
CD for install, in 1 minute, I get this following error with Blue Screen.
"The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI compliant. Please concat your
system vendor for an updated BIOS. Technical Information: ***STOP: 0x000000A5
( 0x00000011, 0x00000007, 0xFFD0D010, 0x0100000E)"

I using E6600 + 4Gb ram + Win XP pro and why sometime i open dremwaever + itune + IE + firefox + photoshop then no cukup ram and cannot right click or anything need to close few software then will ok back why, my other pc also dun have this problem but this pc got this problem any solution?

how to fix windows media player 11 when I close it, the process is still running and I have to close it in Task? is i close it and open close it and open again in my process manager there got 5 or 6 i need to manualy to end task anyway to fix?
