Hi all,

Would like to seek your inputs on super-link terrace house ... new development for landed housing development in KL / S'gor area... What are your recommendation, ie which area, project name, FH/LH, LA or BU, estimated SPA price (current price), as well as positive/negative with regards to the area. Price range between RM500k - RM900k (new launch or sub-sale price)... Looking for new township development / G&G concept / new developments...

Some areas /projects that I'd like to seek your opinion on the pro & cons are:

1. Puchong - Bandar Kinrara by I&P
2. Shah Alam - Alam Impian by Naza TTDI
3. Setia Alam - by SP Setia
4. Cheras - xxxx?
5. PJU - xxxxx?
6. Kepong/Sg Buloh - xxxxx?

If you have any further opinions on top of the listed areas above, welcome to add. Comments not limited to the above stated areas... However, not thinking too far, such as Klang, Cyberjaya, Nilai, Kajang, Sg Long... such area seemed a bit far, and not too interested...
