hi guys, i think i just got scam by this profile.

He open a thread to sell gpu gtx1070ti mini.

Then he PM me and change to whatsapp.

After I bank in to him (he gave me company acc), he said he will ship the item tomorrow. Promised to use J&T.

Then tomorrow I asked whether he already shipped the item, he said J&T not come to his shop. Then he show me shipping slip to used Airpak. I said no, just use J&T. Then he said ok, tomorrow he will ship.

Then tomorrow, he keep quite. not replying whatsapp. But he not blocking me. I can see he is online. After that I realize he is new here. damn, my bad.

He is from Penang.

What to do ya?

from info I got, he will asked u to transfer to his company acc named Supreme Cooling Services, KYTY Trading & a personal acc named Teoh ____ ____ (I dnot know whether to disclosed the personal acc name or not)

Hi, I just bought an apartment for RM 210k. After 10% Downpayment, the loan price is 189k. After adding MRTT the price was 198k.

My question is how UOB get the figure of my outstanding balance is RM 612k?

Usually simple estimation, your total debt is double amount of your loan. Let say, if u take the house loan for 300k, total of your debt will be around 600k.

Why my loan is 190k but total loan debt is almost 700k ya?

anyone can tell me?

I need your opinion and advice. Currently I'm about to purchase my first house. The house are located at Simpang 5, Setiawan, and the other one is at Seri pajam, N.9.

Simpang 5 house:

-Cluster Semi-D
-Price RM 168k
-No rebate or discount
-Bumi reserve
-Legal fee n SPA covered under developer
-Quite rural area. Currently kebun sawit area.
-Monthly installment around rm950.
-I'm working here (currently house rent under my company, but once i buy house around here I wont be entitled the benefit anymore).

Seri Pajam apartment:

-5th floor aprment. I booked 3rd floor.
-Price is at RM 348,000.00
