Why ambulans stilll on siren at night?

I'm staying facing one of a main road and recently I notice every night there is ambulans passing by 2-3 times per day.

Everytime they pass by they will on the siren super loud. Just wondering are they trolling us, or is ambulans required to on siren?

Cuz at 9PM onwards, there's literally no cars at all on the road here. Only the ambulans with the full blown sound. Any idea why?

Hey all sifu, happy new year!

I'm planning to get a 2016 Mazda CX3 from Seng Cars. A few questions I had in mind though was:

1. Anyone has any experience of buying from Seng Cars before?
2. The prices they offer on their website is does not include a *hidden cost* of RM4K as admin fee. Having said so, Seng Cars does provide 1 year warranty on their engine and gearbox. Total price would be RM81K + RM4K (admin fee).
3. Any thoughts on getting this particular 2016 Mazda CX3 model?

This is my first experience buying a 2nd hand car, and I appreciate all your input!

Ok I'm in a pretty shit situation right now.
I requested for a refund on a smartphone but was rejected by Lazada - Nevermind.
They shipped back the smartphone to me but when I opened the box, there was no smartphone inside. Only the accessories.
Anyone know who to report this to?
I checked online for Lazada number but couldn't find any.
Please help anyone.

1. If you look at my reviews - I only buy phones in China. All the phones I pay myself.
2. This phone is bought for my sister. But she wanted the Pro model. So I requested return. I've never dealt much with Lazada before because I only just came back to MY last month.
3. I have never bought anything from Lazada with the intention of reviewing and returning. Also, Lazada's policy iis if Box open, cannot return. Simple as that.

Please think before jumping into conclusions la. Go to my YouTUbe channel and see the stuff I review. Nothing I review is from Malaysia (except for the A51 which I got from Samsung directly).

PS: Anyone still got idea on how to contact / report this issue?
