I'm planning to buy a piece of land to build my dream home.. and is wondering what loan can i apply for that purpose.. i want to know wat loan to apply, which bank is offering better rate, maximum period i can take.. and in YOUR OWN personal opinion which is bank is better..

I've just register 10 days trial to test out WoW.. I've download the game (v3.0.1) and have update it to (v3.0.8)..
my question is.. if i want to continue playing after 10days.. is the time card enough or i still have to pay for game activation key?

Wifi not owrking after formating

Hello all..

I've juz formatted my acer 3282wxmi.. After installation done with all the drivers, i've found out that my wifi not working.. the light indicator is not blinking but in device manager there is a network controller not recognize by the system..

anybody have any idea?

i think its a bios problem

Greetings to all experts in LYN..

This is my problem.. when ever i start my pc.. it will hang at the post boot screen (where it show u the total RAM, and where u press DEL to enter system setup).. i have to clear cmos to boot properly.. actually few weeks ago, this only happen when i shut off the power wall outlet.. but now even when restarting oso happen.. any idea

before that.. my Pc spec is as my sig.. and yes i already flash latest bios for my mobo..

AMD 4800 heat problem

Hello to all..

i'm having a heat problem with my computer and i'm already out of idea on what to do with it.. consider this as my last effort before i change my pc to intel platform.. for ur information my pc is using AMD X2 4800 proc with original hsf and GIGABYTE GAM61PME-S2 mobo.. highest temp ever recorded is 94C as the pc shut down itself.. and on idle it register as 60C-75C.. using coretemp it show 50C++..

then i change the hsf (other ori hsf) temp did went down a bit.. then apply new heat compound.. seems to be ok.. but when playing games or running heavy program.. the heat rised.. but this time not untill shut down la.. but still up to 80C (i know this as i set the temp warning at 80C in bios).. so any idea for my next coursed of action?

need to ask ur opinion on this la ..
i've roam around the forum and read some threads discussing bout these two items.
of course both items have their own pros and cons .

the features i need most is internet surfing , good keyboard , and of course good camera .

so shud i buy Nokia E90 (RM38**) or HTC Tytn II (RM 32**) ?
