Problem on 2005 Camry 2.4

I'am considering to get a camry 2.4 2005 and the price are around RM85k.

Reason :
1)Plattform, engine, transmission are almost same with latest camry but 2006(newest) camry 2.4 cost around rm110k above.

I've spot 1 and doing a quick inspection fouud 1 weird problem where
~There was a around 0.7-0.8cm gap between the rear bumper and the tail-light.

According to the sales man this is normal for this prototype as the age growth. The Problem is...it is true?

Any current owner experience this?

Would appreciate any suggestion input.
