Hi all sifu,

anyone knows about this condo at mont kiara called Kiaramas Danai. I went to view and check the iproperty prices and the price at iproperty very extreme.

Would like to get some advice or feedback from all the sifus. Buying for own stay.

and if got any suggestion which is similar would appreciate your input.

Would like to get your opinion on whether is it a good idea to get this property? Dorsett Residence is developed by MayLand and it sitting on Sri Hartamas.

I saw there's a number of residences is empty. so yeah.

Help on property law on rented house

To all sifu out there,

I need advice on property law for rented houses. Currently my neighbor has rented out his double story house to factory workers which I have seen about 15-20 ppl pack into this house. They make a lot of noise such as talk loudly, slam the door, drag the furniture and etc. to add on it they are very dirty n don't clean their garbage area which resulted to rats fest. Some even came to my garbage area. Majority of them are Indonesian. Therefore I wanna get all the sifu on what action should I take and advice to bring the owner to court.

I have tried calling, email to the maljis pembandaran but no action was taken.

dirty renovation

I would like to advise on all future Kemuning Utama residents who wish to do their renovation to avoid this particular company which called Wang Shen renovation. I believe the contractor is called Danny 017-315 3339. He doesn't care about the neighbors he just put the rubbish everywhere especially the back lane he will just put the rubbish directly behind the neighbors house. He even take out the neighbors gutter which leads to leaking and all. the worse part is that the big tong of rubbish in front of the house is filled with cockroaches that fly everywhere. Therefore, i wish all you guys banned this guy. I will make an official complain to MBSA as the other neighbors already did. We did talk to him but he doesnt listen or do something.

Advice on Kota Kemuning and Kemuning Utama

To all the sifus out there, I need you advice on buying a home at kota kemuning or Kemuning Utama. I have scale down to these particular 3 areas which I could afford to buy, Lagoon Homes, Damai Residence and Indah Residence.

As i read some review, some said Kemuning Utama land is filled land and workmanship is bad and vice versa.

So now i am really confused and all. Appreciate all the sifus can give me some feedback.

DO u agree with me at area outside klang valley properties dropped a little bit? ie putra heights (lower end houses)
