I'm looking for Chinese female who are already in beauty line for few position in body care industry:

Beauty Consultant

job task:
• Spending time with customers, recommending treatments and products which will suit their client’s lifestyle and age.
• Monitoring client’s treatment progress, advice on meal plans and follows up on client’s needs.
• Generating sales and bare monthly personal sales target given by the company.
• Keeping sales records and identifying sales target and incentives.
• Consultant cum therapist to render treatments for client.
• Guiding beauty therapist as and when needed.

what you need to have just:
• Preferably minimum of 1 year sales experience as in any sector or possess
• CIBTAC, CIDESCO certificate added advantage.
• Pleasant looking and have good interpersonal and sales skills.
• Positive Attitude, Self motivated and sales oriented.
• Good team player and customer service oriented.
• Fluent in both spoken and written language in Chinese.

Location: Taman Desa, TheMines, Mid Valley, Bandar Bukit Tinggi (BOT), Gurney Plaza (Penang)

we also need Outlet Manager position to:

1. Demonstrates and reinforces excellent customer service to promote a positive customer orientation in the outlet and ensure efficient, quality service.
• Follows and reinforces company’s greeting, introduction and send off procedures.
• Demonstrates and reinforces proper use of the telephone.
• Focuses on outlet cleanliness, wait times, service and convenience.
• Promptly and effectively resolves customer complaints using the recommended process and focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Reinforces proper consultation procedures and customer service standards.

2. Develops and evaluates outlet staff to assure that staff levels meet outlet needs, there is high degree of motivation and retention of current staff, and high standards of quality are maintained in the outlet.
• Manpower planning and responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employees training, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees and shift rotations.
• Direct staff in development, analysis and preparation of reports, coach and provide career development advice to staff.

3. Manages and monitors all areas of outlet operations.
• Completes all required reports accurately, assuring that they are readable and timely; reports sales figures as required.
• Follows and reinforces proper appearance and apparel standards.
• Schedule and conduct weekly meetings.
• Attends required training, workshops and meetings
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available to meet outlet needs.
• Manages opening and closing of outlet.
• Ensure that the overall advertising materials in the outlet are properly functions ie: giant banner with proper functioning lighting, no faded colors’, latest banner, etc.
• Ensure as much as necessary consultation in the outlet.

4. Manages expenses against budget and maintains continual awareness of expenses/loss control to ensure effective management of expenses.
• Handling and managing daily outlet cash flows.
• Responds to problems when they occur, such as over/shorts, missing invoices, etc..; follows through to resolution.

5. Ensure that the sales targets are attained every month and accountable for incremental sales revenue.

6. Performs other projects, work and activities as assigned to ensure continuous service to customers.

what you need to have is:

• Proven track records; experience in beauty/spa/slimming industry.
• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Positive Attitude, Self motivated and sales oriented.
• Good team player and customer service oriented.
• Fluent in both spoken and written language in Chinese.

Possess a Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent

3 Years relevant exprience in software development is preferred

Preferred technical skill set: Oracle RDBMS, Strus Framework, Hibernate, JSP, Advance CSS, Javascript, Java J2EE, Ajax, PHP, MySQL, XML

Knowledge on CMMi process framework or ISO 9001 will be advantage

System Analyst that have....

Posess minimum a Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent

Strong capability on end-using handling and specific requirement gathering.
