New Graphic card giving fuzzy display

Hi y'all,

Recently I bought a Palit Radeon HD2600Pro Sonic to support game play. After installing the card and its driver, the game play experience and frame rate increased and I was quite satisfied with it (for the little amount of money I pay). However, I noticed that whenever I Alt-Tab between window panels, the screen display wld become fuzzy on certain part of that particular window panel. If I tab to other panel which is not affected, it displays flawlessly but when I tab back to the affected window panel, the fuzzy is still there at the exact spot. I found out that by changing to a different resolution and then change back would clear the fuzzy. But I can't be doing this forever. I've never experienced this before when I was using the integrated graphic card. What is wrong? I even downloaded the latest driver from Palit's website.

Hope someone can advise me what to do.

Alternative Broadband Service

Most of us are under the impression that TM Net's Streamyx is our only option for Broadband connection (and I was one of them) However, of late, I notice that there are other avenue for a broadband services. One of the few names that came up is Jaring which offers both Wired and Wireless connection, Maxis, etc for home users. As for corporate users, it seems that they have more choices with faster and higher quality connection. However, being part of the majority population, we have little coverage or knowledge on these alternatives. It would really helps if those who have experience or are currently using them, can share their experience with us.
Let's us not rely only on TM Net.

Can those who uses broadband other than Streamyx please list them and the charges here for our fellow Malaysian's benefit?
