as the old magnetic starter starting to buzz, i tot of replacing it with the new one, with just simple plug and play scenario ( L to L N to N E to E)
but it turns out another way.

asking for help to DIY or just ask the technician to do it when i ask them to come over for servicing the air con? thanks!

Brown spot after painting

For context, its a 30year ish house
Just did a paint job and brown spot appear after the paint dried
I googled, it says water stain/mold/mildew issue, but not much solution available.

How do i get rid of it? Repainting it with new layers doesnt help much

Whats the recommended prep work to do in the future for this kind of issues?

As per title, been using this for more than 10 years in my house, old house layout where the switch for heater is in my room

Recently it burnt, so it concerned me as is it ok to use 13a for this water heater, or it's best to change to the 20a on off switch, or the 15a round plug and socket? Thanks!

acer swift 3 discharge quick while sleepmode

i have a swift 3, my battery depleted fast while it's in sleep mode. normally in sleep mode, the LED will blink, but for my case, no light at all.
for example, charged full on Monday, but next day wake up at 17%.

went for service center to replace motherboard, and still the same. any sifus here can recommend what to do?
