hi all sifu,

may I know is this consider processor fault or some other reason why the processor always keep throttle to lowest multipler ?

I had tested on 2 motherboards (Inspiron 9400) and 2 processors (T5600 and T7200), not sure what issue happen here. But it would throttle to 1GHz only during normal operation is this normal same as desktop ? the machine help to save power or some other reason ? pls advice .. thanks.
