Unhappy with the s4 and the service

I just had my s4 for 2 weeks... the first day it hangs the second day it overheats... once it was so hot that i had to let it go... i went to the service centre and they actually opened it up and replaced the motherboard....

I am very unhappy with this... i only had the phone for 2 weeks and they actually had to open it up and change the whole motherboard???

Come on ... i bought the phone from a samsung shop ... had the phone for a mere 2 weeks, not even a month has reached.

Why am i unhappy?

1. The phone basically is a disappointment from day 1

2. When i went and request both in the service centre and the customer care service(call) for an exchange ... they said no... Samsung malaysia does not do 1 to 1 exchange..

3. I mean wth .... they opened my phone up and replaced the whole motherboard, why the hell can't they just give me a new phone and BESIDES its only been 2 weeks.... and WORSE its rm 2.2k

4. the service center guy told me that it is only if i send if for problems 2 or 3 times that they will forward it to the headquarters for a request of a new set replacement...

Seriously man what the hell... what the hell... now i'm having a refurbished set instead - -"

I applied for the postpaid for nearly a year... i've never experienced any prob until 1.5 moths ago when i keep getting frequent auto disconnects... (quota is always still there)

This is frustrating as when it auto disconnects as i'm unable to do anything... imagine playing an online game like dota 2 and you get disconnected every 1-2 minutes.... usually at night lasting for several hours...

Now it is not only me experiencing the same thing, my friends who lived in the same building also experience this problem... (when i am having this problem they too will have it at the same time)

I have made a report since a month back... and for a month they kept me waiting while we faced this problem...

Today however i got a call from them and said after checking the area they said that the area has a good signal (well i get 4 bars out of 5 everytime) and they have found everything to be normal so they are not going to do anything as it is normal* = =

The only thing they can do is switch my zoom modem for a huddle ............ - -

I told them me and my friends are using desktops and that we only use YES for gaming... they told me sorry and that is the only thing they can do....

I told them then let me cancel my plan since you can't do anything, the guy put me on hold for 5 min and came back saying .. sorry we will not allow you to cancel your plan

This really suckss, very frustrating, irritating, and i feel completely helpless

Is there anyway i can force them to cancel my plan? I don't mind paying for it, if it gives me the usual stable connection ... but come on ... this is worst as i'm unable to do anything online without getting frustrated...
