Question on Unifi phone line

So our office UNIFI connection is via telephone cable from wall.
TM gave a 1to2 Adsl splitter, 1port supposed to connect to phone, and another port connect to modem.
Internet works fine but there is no dial tone on the phone.

Calling the phone# returns “The number you are calling cannot be reached”.
I connect direct the phone to wall without splitter also no dial tone. Got any guess what’s the issue?

Already asked TM but not really getting meaningful help..

Hey guys,

I started my first job about ~6months ago. Recently, I received news from another company I applied in last year asking that whether I am still interested as they have an opening now. I am in such a dilemma right now. My conscience does not really condone "jumping ship" as I just started my first job..on the other hand, that company was in one of my top list during job hunting last year.
Anyone had similar experience? Care to share?

Hello guys, looking for a little bit of advice here.
I am currently on my final year, going to do mandatory internship during mid November to February (12 weeks duration). My current GPA is >3.88.
I have applied to WD, DiGi, Intel, and Texas Instruments and still no news for now.
Any suggestion where I should apply next?

On a side not, I am thinking of British Telecom, but I can't find their HR e-mail; anybody applied internship there before?
