Is it worth buy apartment as mention above for homestay?

Price RM158,000.00

Location near aeon klebang ipoh perak

Developer casa idaman

Maintenance fee charge RM85.00 monthly gym, clubhouse and if i am not mistaken got swimming pool also

right now i am working with LLM or lembaga lebuhraya malaysia, but contract basis, chances to get permanent, ada, but not sure when..

and then i got an offer from IWK, indah water konsortium..permanent post..at home town..

so i want to ask for opinion which one is better?

because from google, i read sumwhere iwk soon will restructure or what ever, so i worried if it not stable for me to work there..
