Curve 9300 can't on camera

Hye to all bb expert.I got 1 problem with my curve 9300.when I turn on the camera, it state 'could not start the camera.close other applications and try opening the camera again. I've already wipe many time but the problem still the same. Anyone can help me? Tq

Details of the complaint :

31/10/2011 - Searching for blackberry curve 8520 at mudah.my..then interested with someone yg offer 1 unit for RM380 & RM700 if i take 2 units.deal with him to transfer from my CIMB acc to his Maybank account by tomorrow morning & he promise to post the phone after i do the transaction.

1/11/11 - Transfer RM700 to his Maybank acc no. 162311741287 atas nama ZARIN BIN MD SOM.then sms him that i already transfer the money.then he reply yg dia ada urgent matter yg dia kena solve kan & claim that dia tak dpt hantar barang tu waktu pagi.wait until tengahari then i sms him again.this conman told me yang problem dia blom settel n janji akan hantar sbelom pukul 5.still waiting but no respond.sms him again suruh hantar today.he told me he cant post the item & will post by tomorrow.i'm not agree with that n suruh hantar by today.sms not delivered & call tak dapat.. .call CIMB customer care & as for opinion. then at 2a.m make a police report.

2/11/11 - Go to Maybank & ask if my money already masuk dalam acc this F***er.they told me that he already take my money yesterday at 4p.m. & will block his acc immediately. huwaaaa...

someone help me get the detail such as address or whatever else..
