(WTA) jailbroken new ipad revert back to non jb

I've a problem here. I would like to know about the jb ipad. if i would like to revert back to non jb, i've to retore the backup right? by right click the name of the device.

upon clicking, a list of things pop out, asking me whether to back up and restore. then apple terms and condition shown, to click and agree. later on, software will be updating. is it SAFE? to continue run the itunen? cause shouldn't allow update software on your jb device?

pls correct me if im wrong and what should i do?

Hi people, i have to present a christmas song on my cello this christmas but i've no idea which song to be played. Any recommendation other than silent night? Something that goes well with string instrument but not that tricky? i'm still a beginner, can play all the notes and play by hearing. Thanks in advance.
