Almera 2019 how to mirror cast android to head uni

Guys, I just got almera black series 1.5e auto. It's comes with clairion px 4226aa head unit. I cannot mirror display my phone to the unit. I open cast icon and my phone keep on searching and cannot find.
Anyone having same problem? Bluetooth and other phone function working perfectly. The main reason I want to do this is to use Google maps or Waze. Please help guys. Thanks in advance.

Car Loan and PTPTN

Hey guys,

Recently I apply for car loan.. got rejected...

Check2 ccris got ptptn arrears 16 month... So I settle those 16 months tunggakan and apply for direct debit coz worry future late payment got red marks in ccris... And also asked ptotn give me payment confirmation letter...

With this at hand I want to get car loan passed asap.. coz need urgently car due to immediate family being sick matters..... Which bank will overlook my ptptn arrears and give me loan? And are there any other option to get car loan except banks?

I want to buy a car and got ccris, ctos problem

Hi guys, I want to buy a car recenctly and found out that I got ccris and ctos problem..

Ccris
1. Aeon: got balance rm3000 plus I haven't payback to aeon
2. As usual ptptn got tungakkan about rm 2340.

Ctos:
Everything is ok except got 3 trade referre..
1. Aeon
2. Some motorcycle company
3. Redone

Things I have done so far:

1.Paid aeon full settlement (now waiting for their release letter)
2. Settle all tungakkan of ptptn and started to pay monthly also(only one month passed so far).
3. Motorcycle company already call ask for release letter coz this one so long settle ready

My question:
Is ctos trade referee is like blacklist mark?
And if I settle the aeon and redone, my name will be removed from trade referee?

How soon I can apply for car loan again after i settle everything?
I just worry if I apply too soon and my loan got rejected again also got included in ctos report pulak

Please advise financial gurus...

Wake up tired when using aircond....

Dear Lowyat sifus,

During the night time about 11pm, my room and myself feels warm and I on aircond to cool myself. So, basically I can’t fall asleep without aircond now. But sleeping in aircond throughout the night makes sluggish and tired when wake up.

My guess is the night become cold and with aircond, my room temperature become worst. I tried to use timer but sometimes night become very cold and still akes me tired in the morning… Please provide advice. Tq.

To all lowyat sifu who has been working in safety field, i have a question.

I am a Site engineer who has been in construction field for past 4 years. Here is my career summary:

1.Civil and Structural Engineer -2.2 Months ( joined right after graduate)
2. Site Engineer-1.8 Month (Resign consultant and joined contractor for good offer)

I am planning to take SHO course soon,

I have few questions:

1. How much a safety officer can earn nowadays.?
2. Do we really need 3 year experience to get GREEN BOOK even though attend the course and pass the exams?
3. Lets say i attend the course and pass the exam only, how much i can earn working in safety field? (To get that 3 years experience of course)

Hi, I am 25 with slightly overweight body.
I recently started workout.
I have a question:
Which one is good in morning:
Fruit+Protein smoothie or Vegetable+Protein Smoothie in morning?

My typical Smoothie ingredients: 30g Whey+Fruits/Vege+Natural Peanut butter+Yogurt 2tblsp.

Right now i am taking Fruit (1 banana and 1/2 apple) smoothie first thing in Morning(8am). and Vegetable smoothie as Post workout Meal(9pm).
i'll sleep around 11pm.

My typical diet.
1st thing in morning:
Fruit-Protein Smoothie

Breakfast:
2eggs+oats

Lunch:
Fried Fish/Chicken (about 400 calories)
2 serving of vegetables

Preworkout:
Bread with Peanut Butter

Post workout:
Vegetable-Protein Smoothie

Please suggest timing for my smoothie from your point view.

My breakfast smoothie:
-1 cup of cooked oats
- 1/2 cup of fruits (banana/apple/pear/watermelon)
- 1/2 cup of Green Pumpkin (Labu Manis)
- 1/2 cup of Bottle Gourd
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
For Liquid Part either Milk/Green tea or just plain water..
1) Blender Everything
2) Add some cocoa powder/Vanilla extract for taste
