used car

There are a few used cars below 20k that i kinda like, 2009 nissan latio sport and 2012 preve. Is there any problem with these 2 cars? I've heard above Preve CVT problem. But what about latio? Currently driving 2003 old vios, this car i also bought second hand. Not much problem with my vios just that bored and wanna change car. Or can recommend me other good used cars below 20k preferably with cc 1.5 or above Feedbacks will be highly appreciated.

is your firm involved in unethical practices? I've worked in Big 4 and a few small firms. Big 4 is generally okay, but I only worked in audit so I can't say what it's like for other department. For small firm though, I'm involved in all (audit, accounting, tax and advisory). One of the small accounting firm I've worked in, they perform some sketchy "consulting" works. I won't explain in details what the "consulting" works, only can say that it involves tricking LHDN and the clients' potential investors/creditors. And that's one of the main reason why I left the firm. Another small firm that I worked in, they are quite legit. What's your experience working in accounting firm? Seen some sketchy shit going on?

if annual dinner only ayam okay.. but hr always organize activities like christmas gift changing events, christmas lunch, CNY lunch/dinner, bonding sessions, etc... all staffs are compulsory to join.. even during this cmco also still want to organize christmas events in office.. i come to office to work.. if i want to do fun activities i will do it when ayam not working.. but they do these events it drag my work end up need OT to complete my work..

My dad is a PR. Currently he’s in malaysia. But he needs to return to his hometown at indonesia because he’s selling some properties and he needs to be there to finalize the disposal. I read somewhere that once a pr go back to indonesia or other high risk countries they are not allowed to return to malaysia. Is it still applicable now?

Should we tax Shoppee, Lazada, Ematic and other e-commerce companies since they are gaining the most from this pandemic? And also impose higher tax on luxury goods (Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Omega,etc) since only helang buy this goods and they have very high disposable income anyway. Then channel the fund to all Malaysian adults. RM800-RM1000 a month.

ayam a full time employer at a firm but on weekends and nights i got do freelance for other companies.. ayam in mid 20s and single.. so i live quite comfortably.. even with my multiple jobs, i got make cash flow forecast if i were to get married, buy a house, saving fund for emergency, buying investments, paying daily expenses etc looks like really not enough to live comfortably.. but i have colleagues who get married after 1-2 years working and have babies soon after.. not stressed meh?

R15 vs NS200 vs Benelli 150s

R15 has been here forever. It's a Yamaha so reputation is up there and spare parts are everywhere. Safest option to buy. But the cons are it's the priciest among the three and it's a bit uncomfortable to ride. Besides I prefer naked over full fairing.

NS200 has been in Malaysia for a few years. The price is affordable for its class. Equipped with ABS. Has numerous active communities online. I think Modenas is also quite responsive towards these communities. But I still have doubts. And a dealer told me this bike has quite a lot of issues and spare parts are expensive.

Benelli 150S is very new in Malaysia. I don't have much info about this bike. Initially the price tag makes me tempted to buy. But I don't dare to buy since it's quite new. Perhaps you guys have more info about this bike?

For me personally I want to buy NS200. It has the best value for money. But everyone around me told me not to buy this bike and to buy R15 instead, mostly due to R15's reputation. What do you guys think?

I'm doing due diligence for this one sole prop, create memorandum etc since he want to sell his business to other people. For some reason our admin accidentally sent back all the docs containing info about this sole prop to his accountant. To worsen the issue, his accountant is MIA now been trying to contact but no success. Is it possible to search from any portals or site regarding the company info? I need info like reg no, owners name, date of commencement etc. Thanks.

I don't always drink. But whenever drink I won't drink until drunk. But a month ago I drink like crazy with my client, got pretty fucked up and got my first hangover morning after. I felt severely nauseous and kept throwing up all day. Now whenever I drink even one can of beer I will feel dizzy and nauseous. I don't have this issue previously. Anyone experience the same thing?
